2.4.3 How to Export Telemetry Data for Offline Analysis

Telemetry data can be downloaded for offline processing, customer SLA reporting, or integration into third-party monitoring tools.

 

Steps:

1.    Navigate to the Service Line Details page

2.    In the Devices and Telemetry section, set the time range for the export

3.    Click the Export button

4.    The portal downloads a file containing all KPI data for the selected duration



The export includes: Downlink throughput, Uplink throughput, Latency, Ping drop rate, Signal quality, and Obstruction percentage — at the granularity captured for the selected time window.
