Understanding the multi-tenant account structure
Each customer
organisation operates under a multi-account model segmented by:
• Region of operation — e.g., United States,
Brazil. Service lines, data pools, and telemetry are isolated per region
• Type of Data Pool — Local (country-specific
capacity) or Global (shared across markets)
Use the account
selector dropdown at the top of the Portal to switch between accounts.
Switching changes all visible service lines, telemetry, and reporting to
reflect the selected region and pool.
