2.3.4 How to Assign a Service Line to an End-Customer
If you manage
multiple end-customers, you can associate Service Lines with customer profiles
for organisational clarity and reporting alignment. This association is
optional and does not affect the underlying Starlink service.
Steps:
1. Navigate to the Service Line Details page
2. Locate the Customer section — it will show 'No Customer
Assigned' if none is set
3. Click Add Customer
4. Select an existing customer from the list, or create a
new customer record using Add Customer in the Quick Actions section of the
Dashboard
5. Confirm the assignment

📌 Note:
Customer profiles are internal
to your Orbius Portal account and used for reporting and ticketing context
only. They do not affect billing, data allowances, or connectivity.
