Per Service Line: terminal serial, subscription plan, actual consumption (GB), activation/deactivation dates, status

Export from Dashboard manually at any time, or receive monthly via email

Telemetry Data Report

Service line health KPIs (latency, packet loss, throughput, signal quality, uptime/downtime) with configurable time horizons

View in Service Line Details page; export via Export button

Consumption Alerts

Daily email when Service Lines hit 80%, 90%, or 100% of monthly allowance

Automatic — sent to registered Portal email address

Monthly Consumption report

End-of-month recap email

Automatic — sent to registered Portal email address

Audit Trail Report

All key user actions with timestamps and user IDs

Request via support@orbius.com (Admin users only)

Terminal inventory report

Terminal portfolio overview, including utilization, and terminal type

Export from Terminal tab

Device Location Data (H3Cell)

Geospatial location of each terminal (H3 cell mapping), up to 1 months history
