How to Find and Record Your Terminal Serial
Number
|
⚠️ Important:
Record the serial number
securely before the terminal is installed. Once the terminal is mounted and
the shipping box discarded, finding the number requires either accessing the
Starlink App or physically removing the terminal. If you are unable to find a
terminal in the Orbius Portal after entering the serial number, open a
support ticket at support.orbius.com.
|
Where to find the serial number
• Printed on the shipping box label
• On a sticker on the terminal body (usually the
underside or mounting surface
