Survey
Surveys are tools that provide you with the tools to gather useful information about your members to help you shape your business or your community. Instead of having to integrate surveys hosted by an external website with your online community, you can now access everything you need in one place with Orbius.
You can create up to 10 surveys and 10 questions per survey with our free version.
To add a survey, you need to have administrative rights in an orb.
1. Click on 'Manage Community' that can be found on the right hand side of this page.
2. Inside the Orb administration, click on 'Surveys' under Tools and Services.
3. To create the survey, click on 'Create A Survey'
4. Follow the instructions as stated to create your survey.
5. There is a comprehensive list of types of questions which we offer on Orbius. It is important to understand the type of answers that will be more helpful for you.
6. The Number, Email address, Website and Date type of questions may look similar to Short answer type of question but the former require the surveyees to reply in a required format. This would enhance the quality of the answers you get from the survey.
7. After creating the survey, simply go to the page such as the homepage where you would like your members to access the survey. Click on 'Add a new feature' and select 'Survey invitation'. The survey invitation link will then be available on the page.
