Customize Broadcast Message
When you would like to communicate information to all your members in the community, you would find the broadcast message function very useful.
In Orbius, you can also customize the template of your email, such as upload a banner bearing your orb logo as the header of the email and a customized signature as the footer.
To do that, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Community
2. Click on 'Email Settings' to customize your community email template.
3. You can insert text as well as pictures in the heading and footer templates.
To send a broadcast message to all orb members:
1. Click on 'Broadcast message' under Communication Center.
2. Simply enter the necessary information in the message header and message body fields.
