We have a NEW Homepage:

• It looks cleaner and more informative.
• Shortcuts to search for orbs or members are on Orbius on the top right corner of the page
• The News section where we will publish announcements of events like Webinars on the top right hand side of the page
• You can now log in with both your user id or email address.
• We have created community templates that you can use to quickly clone a similar community with ONE-CLICK. (See list of Templates at the bottom of http://www.orbius.com/. )

Widgets

·        You can now choose to hide your textblock title or subtitle area of a widget.

Survey Tool

·        It is now easier to create survey questions and the user interface has been revamped, enabling you to see exactly how the survey will look like when it is created.

Orb Administration

·        The Orb Administration page has been revamped. The different sections in orb administration now run vertically in just one column. It’s easier to locate what you want in Orb Administration now.

·        Changes in Customize your theme section to give greater control over the colors, look and feel of the entire orb pages

o       You can now change the color of the ribbon bar to suit the theme of your orb

o       Groups header can be customized and standardized in one place

o       You can now change the colors and fonts for the list of members/ groups/categories

o       There are more types of ratings to choose from, ranging from golf balls and footballs to smileys and hearts.

·        Email settings

o       In addition to the broadcast message feature, you can now edit the header, footer, reply to address and Set from display name for the emails sent from the orb administrators to the orb members.

o       You can embed pictures to the header and footer sections, giving the emails a more visual impact.

·        Member Report

o       Like before you  can export your members’ information but now there is an added feature of keeping track of the last report that has generated

·        Not allow Anonymous Members to join anonymously

o       Orb administrators now have the option to allow Anonymous Members to anonymously or not. The default setting has been set such that Anonymous Members are not allowed to join the orb.
