Inviting existing Orbius members to groups

Idea Abstract
You need to add a way to invite existing Orbius members to a new group. My nephew joined a community I set up and I wanted to invite him to the Orbius Support Community because he develops websites and wants to become familiar with Orbius. The fact that I had to re-email him was a pain. Facebook thrives because people can create groups and invite facebook members easily. Orbius needs to do the same to grow.

Idea Details
I should be able to go to my member connections and invite members to other groups where I am a member and have invitation privileges.
